You not only have good command over all prevalent methods in project management, but you can also present their necessity to your vis-à-vis in such a way that it will be recognised to the full extent? Furthermore, you have the
ability to communicate the methods and techniques of project management to staff members?

This is a good base to get to know each other, because the projects of Socius Primus usually take place in an environment where the actual doing should
never be lost for motivation, for traditional approaches will be left, new approaches and alterations will be introduced and routine often much
appreciated must give way to modernisation.

Project manager at Socius Primus, that means assertiveness, detailed documentation, meticulous analysis of the current status and last but not least asking (awkward) questions. Willingness to learn and to travel as well as the advanced use of the prevalent Office-applications are assumed.
