Process Trainer m/f

The processes that are conveyed in our trainings are always of a
company-related nature and they are established in the region of technical development and/or the production region of our customers. It is quite common that the software-tool that underlies and supports the process is also part of
the training topic. Besides the performance of courses, the autonomous developing of topics and materials as well as the supporting correspondence
with the trainees will be part of the daily duties and responsibilities.

A process trainer at Socius Primus must have the ability to comprehend and
follow complex activities and operations in a company and must not be afraid of software-programs he/she did not handle with until now.

Continuous willingness to learn, experience in giving courses and competence
in the prevalent Office-applications is assumed as well as the willingness to
travel and, ideally, the ability to give the training in a further foreign language.
